The Job:
Each summer we recruit for over 50 harvest roles on some of the top arable farms in England and Scotland. We’re looking for hardworking students or experienced farm workers to join us for combine harvester operation, corn carting and general tractor work, cultivation, drilling and crop establishment, and grain dryer operations. Harvest tends to run from July to September. Working in a harvest role on a Velcourt farm is a great first step into the Velcourt Management Training Scheme for successful candidates looking to follow a career in farm management.

The Company:
Velcourt specialises in large-scale arable and dairy farming. The company currently has approx 60,000 Ha under direct and strategic management. Enterprises include combinable crops, sugar beet, potatoes, top fruit and dairy/livestock. The Candidate:
Applicants must have a full UK driving licence and tractor driving experience. Telehandler certificate an advantage. Applicants must be able to show evidence of the right to work in the UK.
