Higher education fees for Scottish students
If you are registered as a Scottish student for fee purposes, your higher education fees are based on your programme, level and mode of study:
- Full-time (undergraduate) HNC or HND courses = £1,285 per year
- Full-time undergraduate degree courses (BA or BSc) = £1,820 per year
- Full-time undergraduate degree course (BVSci) = £1,820 per year
- Full-time undergraduate degree course (BVSci graduate entry) = £18,500 per year*
- Part-time undergraduate by distance learning courses = £643.00 per year
- Postgraduate Certificate (PG Cert) = £3,500 (1 year programme)**
- Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) = £3,500 per year (2 year programme)**
- MSc Project (following completion of PGDip) = £2,700**
- MSc / MRes (full-time, taught PG) = £9,700**
- MSc / MRes (part-time, taught PG) = £4,850 per year**
- PhD (full-time) = £4,925***
- PhD (part-time) = £2,463 per year***
- Individual HN module credit (levels 7 or 8) = £110 each****
The cost to resit SQA HN Next Gen module will depend upon the amount of work outstanding and will be calculated on a pro rata basis. - Individual degree module credit (levels 7, 8, 9, and 10) = £230 each****
- Individual postgraduate module credit (level 11) = £875 each****

Higher education fees for RUK students
Students from England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man are known as Rest of UK (RUK) students.
If you are registered as an RUK student for fee purposes, your higher education fees are based on your programme, level and mode of study:
- Full-time (undergraduate) HNC or HND courses = £7,250 per year*
- Full-time undergraduate degree courses (BA or BSc) = £9,535 per year*
- Full-time undergraduate degree course (BVSci) = £9,535 per year
- Full-time undergraduate degree course (BVSci graduate entry) = £18,500 per year*
- Part-time undergraduate by distance learning courses = £3,000 per year
- Postgraduate Certificate (PG Cert) = £4,200 (1 year programme)**
- Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) = £4,200 per year (2 year programme)**
- MSc Project (following completion of PGDip) = £2,900**
- MSc / MRes (full-time, taught PG) = £11,300**
- MSc / MRes (part-time, taught PG) = £5,650 per year**
- PhD (full-time) = £4,925***
- PhD (part-time) = £2,463 per year***
- Individual HN module credit (levels 7 or 8) = pro rata £7,250 each****
- Individual degree module credit (levels 7, 8, 9, and 10) = £1,192 each****
- Individual postgraduate module credit (level 11) = £1,050 each****

Higher education fees for International students
If you are registered as an international student for fee purposes (including European Union and EEA students) your higher education fees are based on your programme, level and mode of study:
- Full-time HNC, HND, BA, or BSc courses = £17,000 per year
- Part-time undergraduate by distance learning courses = £4,400 per year
- Postgraduate Certificate (PG Cert) = £8,000 (1 year programme)**
- Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) = £8,000 per year (2 year programme)**
- MSc Project (following completion of PGDip) = £4,800**
- MSc / MRes (full-time, taught PG) = £19,000**
- MSc / MRes (part-time, taught PG) = £9,500 per year**
- PhD (full-time) = £18,000***
- PhD (part-time) = £9,000 per year***
- Individual HN module credit (levels 7 or 8) = pro rata £17,000 each***
- Individual degree module credit (levels 7, 8, 9, and 10) = £2,125 each***
- Individual postgraduate module credit (level 11) = £2,000 each***
