Course clearing enquiry form

If you do not hold a UK passport, the Admissions Team will contact you to request additional documentation.


If you have undertaken previous qualifications in Scotland please provide your SQA candidate number
List your achieved qualifications at Scottish Higher (SCQF Level 6) / A level (NQF 3) or equivalent. Please include subject name and grade achieved.
List your achieved qualifications at National 5 (SCQF Level 5) / GCSE or equivalent. Please include subject name and grade achieved.
List any additional relevant qualifications, including post school qualifications.


Select yes if you've ever lived in public care or as a looked-after child, including: with foster carers under local authority care; in a residential children's home; being 'looked after at home’ under a supervision order; living with friends or relatives in kinship care
