Academic requirements:

• Undergraduate applicants: Certificate of Completed Secondary Education (Attestat) AND EITHER one year of study at a recognised Kazakh Higher Education Institute on a relevant degree programme with a minimum GPA of 2.5/4 or 3/5 OR an approved UK Foundation year or international pathway programme.
  
  
• Postgraduate applicants: Successful completion of Bakalavrs (bachelor’s degree) or Diplom Spezialista (Specialist Diploma) with average 3.5/5 or 3/4.

All applications are considered on an individual basis using a contextual admissions policy which may take into consideration your life experiences, demonstrated aptitude for your chosen course, aspirations and related skills. English language requirements:

All our teaching, learning materials, and assessments are in English, so to study at SRUC you will need to demonstrate proficiency in the English language. How to do this is detailed in our English language requirements page.

Visas & Immigration:

International students from Kazakhstan may require a visa to study at SRUC. Detailed information about applying for and obtaining your student visa can be found on our visas and immigration page.
