Isla studied Rural Business Management at SRUC Aberdeen
We are a small farm producing naturally reared grassfed meats, beef, venison and lamb from our native Belted Galloway cattle, red deer and sheep. Ostrich and emu eggs also available when in season.
We believe in producing meat in a sustainable way, looking after our animals to a high standard and producing meat from animals who have lived a natural and healthy life.
We are very passionate about producing local food and getting the balance right with nature.
