Our institution-wide Enterprising Changemaker programme provides all our students the opportunity to develop their sustainable entrepreneurial thinking and knowledge.

These skills are vital in driving sustainable innovation in the natural economy whether next steps are going to be starting a new venture, joining a family business, or bringing new insights as an employee working in rural communities and the wider natural economy.
The programme
The Enterprising Changemaker programme is a FREE self-paced online personal development course open to all SRUC students who want to make a difference in their communities, are interested in learning more about enterprise opportunities or want support in developing their professional enterprising ideas, creativity, experience, funding, network, professional development and more.
Whether you're just starting out on your enterprise journey or are exploring sustainable problems and potential enterprising solutions, the Enterprising Changemaker programme has been designed to encourage and support your ambitions.
Enterprising role models
Our enterprising role models help inspire Enterprising Changemaker programme participants. Through their own stories of personal and professional challenges and how they overcame them, they also offer valuable insight and practical guidance into what it means to be a rural and natural economy entrepreneur in Scotland.
